Commitment fee $500., plus HST

Preparation fee, negotiable with minimum of $2500., plus HST

Professional service fee:

• 8% of Sale Price between $0. and $500,000., plus
• 5% of Sale Price between $500,000. and $1,000,000., plus
• 2% of Sale Price in excess of $1,000,000
