Richard (Rick) C. Squire, C.A., C.B.V. , Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator is President of Networx Plus. Rick has 25 years practicing as a professional accountant in the follow areas: accounting and auditing, business planning, and financial consulting, estate and succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Rick has been performing business valuation services since 1993 when he became a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. The industries Rick has served include: forestry, agriculture, tourism, technology, wholesale and retail clothing, pharmacy operation, fishery, automobile dealerships, wholesale grocery and confectionery, retail grocery and confectionery, motor vehicle service station, construction, real estate, accommodations, and public-supported infrastructure including an airport and ski resort. Rick is actively involved in the chartered accounting profession and community life, and is a partner in Squire & Hynes Chartered Accountant and president of Squire, Hynes & Associates Ltd. located in Corner Brook, NL. Rick is also a shareholder/director of several successful private corporations.


KENNETH L. HYNES, C.A.

Kenneth (Ken) L. Hynes, C.A., is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Newfoundland and Labrador, and is a partner in Squire & Hynes Chartered Accountants. Ken has held several senior management positions involving financial and controllership aspects of several major companies in Newfoundland. A professional accountant for twenty-five years, he has provided auditing, accounting and tax planning services to a wide range of clients in public practice in industry sectors including the fishery, construction, and automotive dealerships. Ken is recognized for his service to the profession and the community including his major role in the divestiture of the Corner Brook Port Corporation as Secretary/Treasurer and Member of the Board of Directors.
